01) How do I make a booking with The Butterfly Company?
You can book a production by either phoning or emailing the company to request a booking date. Early booking is advised. Please see contacts page.
02) How long is a production?
The show is approximately one hour.
03) How long does it take for you to set up?
It takes approximately 30 minutes.
04) What time do you arrive at my venue?
We arrive 30 minutes prior to the production.
05) How much space do you need?
The Butterfly Company can cater for almost any space big or small. We would recommend the room would be set up for the audience to be seated in front of the backdrop as opposed to behind the backdrop or at the sides of the backdrop. This would enable the audience to have a better view of the production.
06) How many cast members are in the performance?
The cast consists of three performers.
07) How will I know who you are when you arrive at my venue?
The Butterfly Company employees always arrive wearing the company team hoody and also carry photographic identification cards.
08) How can I pay for a production?
The Butterfly Company accepts cheques for payments.
09) Do I need to pay the full fee when booking?
No, a 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remainder of the fee can be paid on the day of the performance.
10) Can I sell tickets for the production?
No tickets, food, stock, raffle tickets, etc are to be sold.
11) Do you carry liability insurance?
The Butterfly Company are insured with public liability insurance by Hibernian Aviva.
12) Is the Butterfly Company limited to specific events and venues?
The Butterfly Company is also available for other venues upon request.
13) What do I need to prepare prior to the performance?
Please ensure the audience seating area is set up in front of the backdrop and not behind or at the side of the backdrop. A member of staff or nurse must always be in the room. Please make sure a powerpoint is nearby.
14) Can I take photographs of the production?
Yes, photographs can be taken but please ensure there are no video recordings at any point.
15) How will I find out about upcoming productions?

16) What do I get when I book a production from The Butterfly Company?
The Butterfly Company comes to your venue fully equipped with a top of the range sound system bringing the excitement of live theatre to your venue. A cast of professional artists, spectacular costumes and a production company that can perform in almost any space big or small. We bring the theatre to you!
